Chupetinho white | Fresh Chilli

The Chupetinho white is a very rare chili that originally comes from Brazil and is very difficult to cultivate. We are happy and a little proud that we have succeeded in growing this extraordinary chilli on Mallorca. When seasoned, the Chupetinho is completely pure white and thrives excellently on sunny Mallorca.

The shape of the Chupetinho white can be compared to that of a drop of water.

The severity level on the 10-point scale is 7-9. The Chupetinho white has between 30,000 and 100,000 Scoville, depending on the degree of ripeness and irrigation.

In terms of taste, the Chupetinho white is unique - highly aromatic and nowhere near as fiery as you would expect from the Scoville. We recommend using them as powder. When it comes to dosing, it is important to start with small amounts, you can always add seasoning.

In our opinion, the white Chupetinho is the "all-round chili" with which you can easily refine all dishes. It is also ideal for marinating meat.

This chilli is ideal for all those who have little experience with chilli for seasoning.
